Adding a new skill

1. Create .agents/skills/<name>/SKILL.md.
2. Drop in any reference files the skill needs (bundles, docs).
3. The skill becomes available as /<name> in the next Claude Code session.

Discoverability

Slash commands are discoverable via / in the chat. Skills surface through the agent's built-in skills picker.
