Inside charts/¶
charts/trueserve-stack/ is the umbrella chart with ~38 subchart dependencies. Per-cloud values:
values-cloud-gcp.yaml— Sentinel and other GCP customers. In-cluster postgres/redis/minio disabled; uses Cloud SQL, Memorystore, GCS.values-aws.yaml— EKS customers. Uses RDS (via in-cluster pgbouncer), ElastiCache, S3, Amazon MQ.values-azure.yaml— AKS customers. Uses Azure Database for PostgreSQL, Azure Cache for Redis, Azure Blob.values-kind.yaml— Kind chart validation.values-branch.yaml— Generated by branch deployments; do not commit.
Subcharts split into:
- App services (matched 1:1 with
apps/). - Infrastructure (
postgres,pgbouncer,redis,neo4j,rabbitmq). - Media (
asterisk,asterisk-worker,kamailio,rtpengine,janus,coturn,livekit). - Observability (
