Allianz Producer Services Scene

Status: Current | Last reviewed: 2026-10-14

Use Scene Agent 4911 — Allianz · Producer Services journey to present the revised Allianz Script v2 as one saved phone-to-Salesforce experience in Agent Studio. Open /agents/4911/director. The authored recording runs 381.94 seconds and contains 26 saved speech takes and one ringing sound across four chapters.

Source and migration

The first chapter uses the native Director phone, Face ID presentation, secure chat connection, and the published ContractSnapshotV2 and WithdrawalOptionsV2 components. The two Salesforce chapters recreate the Support Services application and DCC_Allianz_specialist_support_case_page in Director's Salesforce shell. It includes the Allianz logo, David's profile, producer and agency details, Case navigation, withdrawal scenarios, death-benefit calculation, illustration form, Agent Assist rail, signature reminder, and wrap-up.

The desktop is an editable Scene reconstruction. It does not mount Salesforce Lightning or reproduce every unrelated Salesforce menu. The existing shell supplies record tabs and Omni-Channel; isolated HTML blocks supply the DCC content and form. The isolated SceneProducerJourney component supplies the assistance rail. The logo and producer avatar are copied into project-owned Director assets. No Salesforce credentials or session URLs are embedded.

The migration leaves both live agents and DevSDO records intact. Scenes do not publish a voice runtime. Their normal delivery is saved Director playback or an MP4 export.

Script and voices

Script role Saved ElevenLabs voice Director role
Self-service assistant Clara — Corporate & Training Trusted Professional Allianz Assistant persona
David Chen Brian — Relatable Everyman Caller
Sanjay Jeremy — Friendly Guy Next Door Agent

Revision 110 uses the presenter's selected eleven_v4 takes for Clara, Brian and Jeremy. Clara replaces Josh, and Jeremy replaces Justin; Brian's saved takes remain unchanged. The offer to share uses the same saved Agent voice. Each role keeps one voice throughout; the primary Agent role belongs to Sanjay so desktop call-state audio routing keeps him audible after acceptance. The phone's contact label remains Allianz Producer Services.

The effective script excludes original turns 12–15, removes the interrupted opening from turn 16, and excludes bracketed production directions from speech. There is no clarity interruption, English Enhancement control, pace card, voice-switch announcement, or before/after comparison. The complete written death-benefit qualification remains on screen.

The Scene follows the validated journey's separate authentication and chat links. Turn 24 acknowledges a saved illustration request without promising a delivered document. Turn 26 replaces the original XYZ placeholder with the authorized beneficiary-change context. Two grammatical errors in turns 10 and 11 are corrected. After David's death-benefit question and the guidance reading pause, Sanjay says: “Yes, I can help explain that. I'll also send this information to your phone so you can follow along on screen.” He sends the card, the phone chapter shows its arrival for four seconds, and the Salesforce view returns before turn 16 begins “Helen’s contract includes the…”. The approved turn 16 wording and frozen source remain unchanged.

Valuation is October 12, 2026, the recurring start is November 1, 2026, and the anniversary is November 14. These are authored future demo dates relative to the October 10 creation date.

Screen and event timing

The allianz Salesforce preset matches the deployed workspace's Producer Request title, Edit / Mark Complete actions, five-stage Path, producer sidebar and DCC proportions. Completed Path steps show checkmarks. The workspace tabs are Call Summary, Contract, Illustrations, Transactions and Commissions; Current Case is a text summary panel. Producer Summary uses its static sparkle heading and native list spacing. Producer and agency details include styled links and the Modify control. Contract Snapshot remains visible until Start Illustration Request. The form uses six prefilled request fields, five progressive input groups, capture badges, modeling assumptions and the confirmation gate. A short authored scroll reveals its footer. The wrap-up is a modal over the console, with Case Reason, Case Status, producer intents, conversation summary, recommended actions and Add Task / Mark as Complete.

Speech duration comes from the saved takes. Screen changes anchor to the relevant line's start or end, so regenerating a line moves its dependent cues. Suggestions wait 1.6 seconds after the triggering answer; Sanjay then has at least one second to read them. Self-service caller turns leave 1.3 seconds for response latency. Nine cursor cues move for 0.9 seconds, pulse a click and allow a short response interval before the associated action changes the target. The 4.5-second standard recorded ring ends before acceptance.

After David's final response at 5:54.54, Sanjay begins his farewell at 5:55.74: a 1.2-second pause. The follow-up cursor, share action, confirmation toast and closing guidance anchor to turn-28 and run alongside that farewell. The toast remains visible for four seconds and clears before the call ends. All current exports keep the shorter closing pause without cutting speech or omitting the wrap-up.

Phone chrome uses the shared Inter fallback and metrics from call-screen-fonts.md, with the complete caller name and consistent clock, call timer and Messages text in preview and Linux exports.

The October 12 DevSDO source audit is applied per component. The visible center is allianzProducerWorkspace, not the separate dccAllianzCallSummary in a lower FlexiPage tabset. Its Case header, tabs, Snapshot and illustration form use Arial. The standalone dccAllianzAnnuityForm's Inter font is not the reference for this workspace's embedded form. Navigation and the profile inherit the live system stack; do not apply Salesforce Sans to the entire console.

The tabs use 16 px bold Arial in a 54 px bar. Snapshot has its native 1 px border, 16 × 20 px padding, 13 px company caption, 15 px values and 10 px uppercase labels. Scenario cards use 16 px padding, 12 px gaps, 14 px bold titles and 13 px body text. David's name is 22 px bold; his role is 15 px bold with a 20 px line height. Producer Summary has an 18 px list line height and 3 px item spacing. The Assist rail retains its outer Agent Assist / Transcript tabs and separate 20 px Arial heading, with enough height for the complete benefit card and its external Send button without scrolling the card on click.

AllianzSidebar.tsx adapts the four deployed left components. Scoped allianz.css adapts the console shell; scene-blocks.ts supplies the isolated workspace markup and CSS. Source viewport media queries are not copied into component iframes: they would incorrectly treat a 1,014 px component as a narrow Salesforce page. scene-fidelity.ts updates saved projects without replacing speech takes or retiming existing moments. Amount and frequency now occupy separate native form controls; their capture events share the original amount-capture timestamp.

Use the actual page composition, computed styles and same-viewport screenshots as the reference. The earlier heading-only checks did not establish pixel parity. The live Sandbox banner, Case values and open record tabs are independent of styling. SVGs contain outlined text and cannot establish a font family.

Workspace events and scoped catalogue props reconstruct the same state when seeking backward or reloading. Fields use Director's isolated HTML field bridge. The Submit control requires all five input groups and the confirmation checkbox. The saved timeline fills all groups before confirmation and submission.

The catalogue transport is inert. The assistance cards are authored states using the published component, rather than a new live Copilot capture. Scene record IDs and request receipts are illustrative. The visible Case number references the earlier validated example; playback does not reopen or mutate it.

Accent normalization remains silent in the live DCC configuration. This Scene uses pre-generated voices and does not execute or validate the live conversion engine. Similarly, its chat sharing, request submission, handoff, follow-up and wrap-up illustrate the journey without making new external calls.

Verification

The revised October 10 rehearsal checks native authentication and phone cards, all header buttons and Path, Confirm with David, stable snapshot content, shared phone benefit values and qualification, all nine cursor targets, progressive capture, confirmation gates, receipt placement, follow-up toast, normal wrap-up, reverse seeking and save/reload. Playback must issue no Salesforce or model calls.

scene-verify.ts --export validates and downloads the full 1920 × 1080 H.264/AAC render. scene-media-verify.ts checks all 27 selected audio assets against decoded MP4 samples, independently transcribes the dialogue including the new offer to share, and tests browser audio. The rehearsal checks that the button lies outside the card and that clicking or replaying Send leaves the card's bounds unchanged. Use the matching export ID in the private verification receipts for the latest result; an older export is not evidence for a changed Scene. The rehearsal also compares the immutable export snapshot with the complete verified document and opens the render route at the phone delivery moments. This catches dropped optional fields before the full render: one development export retained an older schema and omitted stage.showActivity and componentEntrance, even though the interactive preview was correct. Refreshing the local Studio process restored both fields. Audio checks alone do not prove the visual result; review the arrival frames from the completed MP4 as well.

Framework regression tests cover cursor seeking, stereo sound normalization, workspace presets, call routing, timeline compilation and component events. Type checking, lint and the user-guide build accompany the browser rehearsal.

The October 12 typography correction is saved as revision 64 and exported as 7ffbc75e-7298-48d9-8b65-265b66258abe. Browser font probes confirm the audited families and heading metrics, including loaded Inter glyphs in the illustration. The 15 Scene rehearsal checks passed before export; the immutable snapshot and finished 1080p MP4 were also verified. The official audio payload and packet timestamps are identical to the preceding export, including the standard ring and shortened farewell. Its runtime remains 366.26 seconds. Private receipts are salesforce-font-update.json, salesforce-font-verification.json and salesforce-font-encoded-verification.json.

The completed October 10 correction is export de9b70ab-09eb-48bb-b505-f8c27bfb350c, matching Scene revision 60 at 374.86 seconds. All 17 checks passed: 15 rehearsal checks, the snapshot/render-route check and the 1080p export check. All 27 audio assets matched the encoded video at their scheduled times (minimum correlation 0.99979); six browser audio samples and the independent dialogue transcription passed. The new offer to share was also transcribed independently before rendering. All 26 existing audio assets and the presenter's saved cast were preserved.

The encoded frames show Send below the bordered card, with the card unchanged after Send and on return. The four-second phone chapter shows the existing chat, animated card arrival and fully visible benefit card without AI Activity. Salesforce returns before the original “Helen’s contract includes the…” speech. TypeScript, lint and the user-guide build passed.

Maintain and rehearse

The maintained authoring files are scene-definition.ts and scene-blocks.ts. The Scene-only catalogue sources live in apps/catalog-builder/catalogs/tenant/allianz-scene; publish them with scene-catalog.ts before refreshing a Scene that uses a new bundle. The live self-service and human catalogue versions remain untouched. Ordinary edits can also be made in Director's Script, Stage and Voices controls. Stage exposes the profile verification line under Left sidebar and the Allianz HTML component's header status alongside its HTML/CSS fields.

Inspection is read-only. Installation resumes the saved project and generates only missing or stale takes. --refresh-story rebuilds maintained content only when the saved project still equals its last installer snapshot; it backs up the old revision and preserves matching audio and the current saved cast. It refuses to overwrite independent Director edits. --no-audio skips provider generation. --cancel-export cancels only the job named in this Scene's saved export receipt. Run scene-inspect.ts --verify-scene to compare the current saved Scene with the verified snapshot and confirm that its export is complete.

Private receipts, source snapshots, 24 kHz audio checks, screenshots and export evidence live under .local-data/allianz-scene/. The normal Director Exports tab owns the video. The correction adds optional Director cursor-motion fields, modal section presentation and the Allianz preset. It changes no voice runtime configuration or Salesforce metadata. Existing Scenes retain their original presentation when the optional fields are omitted.

Recorded-voice comparisons and standard ringtone

On 2026-10-12, Scene 4911 adopted phone-ring-v1: the 02:12–02:14 excerpt of Trimmed for 10.1_Takeda Demo.mp4, repeated inside the existing 4.5-second incoming-call slot. Other moments, voice takes, video timing and UI events are preserved. Future telephone ringing uses the Director preset.

Private comparison artifacts live under .local-data/allianz-recording-remix/output/. The presentation page and ZIP expose three variants, in this order: Full Voice Replacement maps to allianz-produced-scene.mp4; Basic Accent Reduction maps to allianz-krisp-accent-normalized.mp4; Original maps to allianz-original-recorded-voice.mp4. They share the revision 110 video with corrected phone and Salesforce typography and the updated saved voices. The separately processed Krisp + ElevenLabs rendition remains an archived artifact and is excluded from the page and ZIP. Only the human-agent lines change between variants; all use the standard ringtone. Recorded variants retain spoken factual readings and grammar from the recording. Processing receipts and per-clip alignment remain private. These offline edits do not change the live translation profile or claim live latency performance.

The page title and heading are Allianz AI Producer Support Experience. It has no subtitle, per-version description, explanatory footer, or download link. Voice switching retains playback position and playing state; chapter bookmarks remain available. The ZIP contains Compare.html, the three selected MP4s, and the dedicated allianz-accent-demo.mp4 sequence.

The October 12 Salesforce font refresh used the corrected official export for the common 0–339 second prefix. The remaining comparison frames are rendered through the same Director stage from the archived comparison document with the corrected HTML CSS. This local snapshot does not retime the saved official Scene. The comparison variants then contained 8,997 frames at 24 fps (about 6:15); the official Scene's shortened farewell was specific to its 6:06 export. Existing AAC tracks were copied without regeneration, re-encoding or retiming. Packet payloads, timestamps and decoded samples are compared against the archived comparison files. font-refresh-verification.json records the shared video and each preserved audio track. Those files are retained as historical verification evidence.

The October 14 voice refresh renders revision 110 directly from the presenter's saved Clara and Jeremy takes. Brian, the script, UI and event definitions remain unchanged. The official video and all comparisons now share the complete 381.94-second timeline and shortened farewell; there is no separate comparison tail. The recorded agent clips are placed against the new line timings at unity gain and natural speed. Turn 10 and turn 18 borrow less than a second of their preceding silence so the complete recordings finish before David's next line. The Original mix preserves the source's 48 kHz stereo samples; Basic Accent Reduction reuses the existing verified Krisp clips. Final MP4 delivery uses AAC. The full replacement video retains the completed Scene export's audio without re-encoding. Refresh work and receipts live in .local-data/allianz-voice-refresh-2026-10-14/. The first render was interrupted when a development refresh removed the page's seek handler. Recovery used the same immutable revision and Director stage in isolated browser sessions, saving 16 sections before joining them into one 9,167-frame, 24 fps video. The soundtrack is a continuous mix of the selected takes. Nineteen encoded frames match their render-route references; 81 audio windows match the selected takes. All comparison videos share the same video payload and presentation timestamps.

Live cost and latency estimate

The comparison page includes an offline calculator for the proposed live ElevenLabs v4 Turbo + OpenAI path. Its default is ten connected minutes, 50% agent speech, 150 words per speaking minute, six characters per word including spaces, and four characters per token. Speaking share is adjustable and is not presented as an industry benchmark. The user's planning rates are $0.01 per connected Krisp minute and $0.04 per 1,000 generated ElevenLabs characters, applied to Turbo.

Grammar repair is budgeted with GPT-4.1 mini, using OpenAI's October 12 standard uncached pricing: $0.40/million input tokens and $1.60/million output tokens. Each three-second speech chunk incurs 150 prompt tokens plus transcript input and equally sized repaired output. No accumulated history, retries or cache discounts are assumed. At the default, 4,500 generated characters cost $0.180; 100 grammar requests cost an estimated $0.00825, for $0.18825/call or $0.018825/connected minute. Krisp is $0.10/call; speech-only billing, if applicable to the agreement, would instead be $0.05. The prior seven-minute example remains reproducible by changing the call-length control.

The base estimate reuses an existing usable transcript. The optional transcription budget uses GPT-4o mini Transcribe at $0.003 per submitted audio minute, conservatively counting the full agent-channel duration including silence: $0.030 per ten-minute call, giving a combined $0.21825. Telephony, hosting, commitments, taxes and an additional replacement-path noise-cleanup service are outside these incremental processing estimates. Source: OpenAI pricing.

For latency, budget 0.5–1.5 seconds after phrase capture, or 3.5–4.5 seconds from the first word with a three-second buffer. This is an unmeasured planning allowance for transcription finalization, grammar repair, synthesis and buffering, not an SLA. ElevenLabs publishes approximately 100 ms median v4 Turbo inference, excluding application and network time; it is not end-to-end delay. Source: ElevenLabs models. Krisp's separate 260–280 ms reference is the measured alignment offset in the nine offline clips, not live transport latency. Adding the calculator did not alter the comparison soundtracks. Evidence for that pricing-only change lives in .local-data/allianz-comparison-costs/.

Presenter playback and accent sequence

The comparison player enables highlight pauses by default for both Play demo and native video playback. After the October 14 voice refresh and added Multimodality checkpoint, it stops at 51, 100, 153, 197, 295, 355 and 367 seconds and shows the presenter-selected talking points with Continue in the side panel. Completed stops are marked before pausing, so resuming does not immediately stop again. Native scrubbing rebuilds the passed-stop set: forward seeks skip prior points; backward seeks re-arm future points. Highlight shortcuts seek, pause, and display the selected point. Restart demo returns to zero with highlights enabled; clearing Pause at highlights allows continuous playback. Presentation fullscreen includes the video and side panel.

Before the 51-second pause, the side panel introduces Independent Producer Journey and explains David's call on Helen's behalf. All seven highlights use two presenter-authored bullets. Authentication retains the on-device biometrics and existing digital experiences points. The new Multimodality pause at 1:40 contains “Expand universe of what AI can handle on the phone” and “Ease financial conversations by helping visualize scenarios,” moved from Authentication. After a highlight resumes, the panel clears its eyebrow, heading, description and bullet list while retaining the next-stop message and controls at the bottom. This also applies to an ordinary pause between highlights. Rewinding before the first highlight restores the introduction.

Play accent demo selects a dedicated MP4 and starts at 207 seconds. Its audio is the original recording for 207–222, Krisp for 222–237, and produced Scene audio from 237 onward. The player pauses at 252. Each voice still receives 15 seconds. These cues follow the same explanation after the phone cutaway in the new render. The video payload and packet timestamps are copied unchanged from the common comparison video. The composite soundtrack is resampled to 48 kHz stereo, joined at exact sample boundaries with 3 ms edge fades, and AAC-encoded once. A single media source avoids a loading gap at either automatic voice transition.

The side panel follows the media clock, switching voice labels and ten-minute costs at 222 and 237 seconds. With the default 50% agent share and no separate transcription, it shows $0.10 for Krisp and $0.19 rounded from $0.18825 for the planned v4 Turbo + OpenAI workflow. Share and transcription settings update the panel; its ten-minute call basis is fixed independently of the calculator's call-length field. The side price card displays only the rounded price and ten-minute caption. Its rounding explanation and assumption lines, and both end-of-demo voice-sequence strings, are removed. Detailed cost assumptions stay in the separate calculator. Manual voice selection exits accent mode at the same position. Native play or Continue recording after the 252-second stop switches back to the ordinary produced Scene file. Replay accent demo restarts at 207.

Presenter artifacts and evidence live in .local-data/allianz-presenter-player/. Browser verification covers all seven exact stops, repeated Continue/native resume, rewind, continuous playback, rate changes, shortcuts, fullscreen, a normal-speed 45-second accent sequence, side-panel pricing and mobile layout. Media checks compare video payload/packet timing and decoded audio against each intended source.

The October 13 presenter copy revision and its package receipts live in .local-data/allianz-presenter-copy/; that copy-only change left its four video files unchanged. The current voice refresh receipts live in .local-data/allianz-voice-refresh-2026-10-14/. The additional 1:40 pause and bullet split are recorded in .local-data/allianz-multimodality-pause-2026-10-14/; the four MP4s retain their verified revision 110 bytes. AI Coaching & Multimodality subsequently moves to 3:17, before Send to Web Chat. Its player and package receipts live in .local-data/allianz-ai-coaching-pause-2026-10-14/.
