What it does¶
- Subscribes to a Five9 VoiceStream feed for the tenant.
- Decodes mirrored caller + agent audio.
- Streams to ai-orchestrator (read-only path — no TTS back to the call).
- Surfaces transcripts and copilot tool suggestions to the agent's screen via Local Actions / host_action.
